  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    250g
  • Udon noodles
    1ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Carrot
    1/4ea
  • kelp broth
    2cup
  • red pepper paste
    3T
  • fine red pepper powder
    2T
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T
  • plum extract
    1/2T
  • Sugar
    1/3T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
I put udon noodles in boiling water and boil it
Just think that it's 70% cooked. Boil it for 1 minute and 30 seconds
STEP 2/5
Boil the tteok for tteokbokki in boiling water
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry onion and carrot and add tteok for tteokbokki
STEP 4/5
Add plenty of water for kelp
Add red pepper paste, fine red pepper powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, plum extract, and sugar and boil
STEP 5/5
When it boils, add the boiled udon noodles
Boil the soup until it boils down
