I tried Gyuniku Garage (fried beef) several times after reading it in the Japanese chef's book, and I thought it would be a little boring to add fragrant spring greens to it, so I made it with chopped wild chives^^

If you fry it at a high temperature, the meat won't cook and the surface will turn black, so it won't come out pretty. If you put chopsticks in the oil and bubbles gather around the chopsticks, the temperature is suitable for frying. It's delicious even with Worcester sauce
