Making super simple sundae soup
What should I eat today? In a program called "Gomtang Ramen" I made soondae ramen. Instead of noodles, I used soup only I made a real sundae soup I'll introduce it to you^^

Ingredients
  • Sundae
    150g
  • leek
    1/4ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • perilla powder
    2T
  • ground pepper
    little
  • salted shrimp
    little
  • Water
    650ml
  • Ramen
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Cut the cold sundae into bite-size pieces.
Chop the green onions.
Chop up the cheongyang peppers.
STEP 2/11
Bring water to a boil in a pot or earthen pot.
STEP 3/11
When the water boils, add the ingredients and powder soup and stir it
STEP 4/11
Add 1+1/2T of perilla powder and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/11
When the broth boils, add the sundae and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped green onions
STEP 7/11
Add chopped Cheongyang red pepper and turn off the heat
STEP 8/11
Add a little pepper and 1/2T of the remaining perilla powder.

Lastly, put a small amount of salted shrimp and finish it.

I put a bowl of rice on top of kimchi and ate a whole potted it.^^
Since the soup of Gomtang Ramen is salty, it's better to add more water and boil it. Add the soup, season and increase the amount of water. The soup is seasoned, so you don't have to season it separately Add only a small amount of salted shrimp. Perilla powder is a must~^^
