How to make delicious radish greens with stir-fried radish green
Hello It's a day where I go back to my daily life after the long holiday If I go to work for two days, it's a holiday February has few days, but how fast will it pass because of the long holiday!!~ I made radish greens because I had leftover radish from the holidays I usually like radish leaves, but I couldn't make it weird!~ If we had paprika, the color would match well if we stir-fry it together!~~ I just cut the green onions in the refrigerator and stir-fry them

Ingredients
  • Radish
    300g
  • leek

  • kelp broth
    1/2cup
  • perilla oil

  • a sun-dried salt
    1ts
  • garlic powder

  • ginger powder

Cooking Steps

I cut the radish into big pieces

I put a piece of kelp in lukewarm water beforehand

Put a tablespoon of perilla oil in a pot and stir-fry radish!~!~

It doesn't taste good because the seasoning doesn't soak properly!!~
Pour 1/2 cup water back into the stir-fry radish and cover the pot
Stir-fry the radish until it's half cooked
It's not bland even if you don't season it anymore because it's salted with bay salt and stir-fried right away
If you don't have enough seasoning, it tastes deep and delicious if you use soy sauce or anchovy sauce!

Lastly, add sliced green onions and sprinkle black sesame seeds
