Cut the thawed squid into bite-sized pieces with cuts from the inside.
Slice peppers sideways, shred onions, perilla leaves, carrots flat, and green onions.

Mix the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil in advance to make the sauce.

Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and stir-fry chopped green onions. When the green onion is cooked, add the cut squid and coat it with a taste of oligosaccharide.

When the cuttlefish turns white as it dries, stir-fry the sauce, onions, and carrots, which are hard vegetables.

When onions become transparent, add peppers and perilla leaves and mix quickly over medium heat.
When it's cooked, turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil.

If you put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame salt, it's a spicy stir-fried squid.^^
If you like vegetables, it's okay to add more, but remember that the amount of sauce should increase as much as the vegetables increase.
Use cheongyang red pepper or spicy red pepper powder to add spicy flavor.
If the sauce burns, put 1 tablespoon of water around it.
