Wash oranges clean with baking soda and salt.
Dip additionally in boiling water to ensure wax is removed.

Slice washed oranges to 0.5 to 0.7 mm thick.

Add 1.2L of water to 300g of measured sugar

Pour the boiled syrup into the orange.

Next day, separate the syrup from the orange.

Add 300g of sugar to the separated syrup and boil it again and pour it.
Soak it for 7 days.

After 7 days, dry the oranges from the syrup in the dryer for 3 hours. If there is no dryer, dry it in a well-ventilated place for a day.

Melt the darkcover chocolate in a medium hot water.

Soak and remove only half of the dried orange.

Adjust the amount of chocolate so that it's not too thick.

Let the orange with chocolate harden.

When the chocolate hardens, wrap it.
It takes a total of 8 days, but the chocolate is as delicious as the sincerity in it.
It goes well with black tea, green tea, and coffee, and the scent of orange can feel happy the moment you eat it.
