STEP 1/10
Prepare 1 bag of soft tofu, 1 can of chicken breast, 1 egg, and minced garlic. Slice onions and shiitake mushrooms thinly. Chop the green onions, please. Beat the eggs in a bowl beforehand.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry chicken breast. I also added a little bit of oil left in the can.

Add onion and minced garlic and stir-fry over medium heat until onion is slightly transparent.

When onions become clear, add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
STEP 5/10
Pour in 1 1/2 cup water

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or 2 1/2 tablespoons and simmer for 3 minutes.
STEP 7/10
Cut soft tofu into bite-size pieces and simmer over medium heat for another 3 minutes. Slightly taste the liver and replenish the lack with salt.
STEP 8/10
Place green onions and sprinkle egg water on the edge of pan and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 9/10
Boil the eggs without stirring. I'm done with a bit of pepper.
STEP 10/10
Place the rice in a bowl and place the ingredients. The end!
It's good to reduce the amount of soy sauce and add a little soybean paste instead. If you have shiitake mushrooms, please add them~ The soup brings out the flavor :)
