Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please prepare the ingredients! You can prepare the noodles and ingredients according to your preference^^
STEP 2/12
Sprinkle a little sugar (1T) to make the meat immediately without time to marinate.
STEP 3/12
If you leave it for a while, it will help you cut the seasoning quickly.
STEP 4/12
Cut the ingredients to stir-fry with the meat into bite-size pieces. Half of the onion will be cut according to the grain, and the other half will be grated, so you can leave it as a whole. Cut the green onion right away because I will put the light green part in the sauce.
STEP 5/12
Add 1 cup of water / 1 cup of soy sauce / 1/2 cup of cooking wine / 5 slices of garlic / green onion (cut to green onion) / 1t of ginger powder and mix well. (Cup: Paper cup measurement)
STEP 6/12
Grate apples and onions to add sweetness.
STEP 7/12
Place ground apples and onions in a meat & vegetable bowl.
STEP 8/12
Pour in all the prepared seasonings. If you add half a spoon of sesame oil, you're ready!
STEP 9/12
You can put it to sleep for a while.
STEP 10/12
Place bulgogi prepared in a generous pan little by little using chopsticks or tongs.
STEP 11/12
When the meat and ingredients are cooked properly, add the sauce and stir-fry to finish. I used Pad Thai noodles that were soaked in fire ^^
STEP 12/12
If you stir-fry it with moisture, it's a moist bulgogi! It's already seasoned with soy sauce, but you can season it to your taste.
The process of marinating the meat briefly in sugar, although it's a method used in the broadcast, is good to marinate it with seasonings and ingredients if you have enough time ^^ You don't have to stir-fry it with all the seasoning. The salty taste may increase during the boiling process, so please adjust the amount.
