Rice with char siu
When you don't want to pack rice and soup separately, there are many dishes that can be damaged in one bowl. Today, I made char siu over rice with a bowl that you can eat a hearty meal. This is also a delicacy. It's a great menu for my family. It's an easy Japanese restaurant menu that even students on their own can make easily, so follow me. If you have suyuk left after making kimchi, you can use it like this as a bowl of food, and when you think of a simple and hearty meal, try Japanese-style rice topped with rice.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Pork belly is prepared for boiled pork. Please prepare this much for the rest of the ingredients. The ginger is the size of a thumb and only needs a ton.
STEP 2/12
Prepare onions, ginger, and chives by cutting them in advance. Add salt and boil the eggs for 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 3/12
When making teriyaki sauce, add water, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin according to the amount above, and if you have rice wine, you can add a little.
STEP 4/12
Season pork belly with salt and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.
STEP 5/12
Place the marinated meat in a heated pan and grill it in all directions. You can cook it until it's golden brown so that it doesn't burn. It doesn't have to be cooked to the core because it's cooked thoroughly in the sauce anyway.
STEP 6/12
Boil half an onion and ginger in the prepared teriyaki sauce. I put it in because I saw laurel leaves, but if you don't, you can pass it.
STEP 7/12
Add the golden grilled pork belly and simmer over high heat.
STEP 8/12
Once it boils, boil over medium heat for another 10 minutes or low heat for another 20 minutes. Even if it's not like this, dip it in soy sauce and if it's seasoned, it's fine. The soup is quite chewy, right? When I tasted it, I thought it was perfect, so I turned off the heat and took out the meat.
STEP 9/12
After cooling it down, cut it into bite-size pieces, and see how delicious the color is. It's like smoked pork belly?
STEP 10/12
After boiling it for about 30 to 40 minutes, the seasoning was cut off and it was delicious even if you just pick it up. It was delicious because it was salty enough.
STEP 11/12
Place rice in a bowl for a bowl of cooking and place the meat on top, then add 2 to 3 spoons of boiled meat soy sauce (deriyaki sauce) and onion.
STEP 12/12
Add chives and boiled eggs, and you're done with char siu rice is done. It's a good meal. You can put raw eggs on top if you like, but I don't eat that. The Japanese-style rice bowl became more delicious after shooting teriyaki sauce around the meat and turning it around. It's easy for students to eat instant food or have a meal, but it's simple and delicious, so make sure to make it.
