Crab soup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Remove the shell of the fresh blue crab, cut off the toes, wash it clean, and divide it into fourth places. You have to cut the claws first.
STEP 2/4
Cut the radish into bite-size pieces, and cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes. Shred onions 0.3cm wide, and slice red and green peppers diagonally.
STEP 3/4
Boil anchovy broth and prepared seasoning (soybean paste 3, red pepper paste 1, red pepper powder 1, minced garlic 1) in a pot. When radishes become transparent, add blue crabs and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/4
When blue crabs and vegetables are all cooked, add red pepper and green pepper, season with salt, and finally add crown daisy and boil it for a while.
