Tofu rice
I made tofu rice, the representative food of North Korea. You can think of when you make fried tofu rice balls. Instead of fried tofu, you can put rice in between lightly grilled tofu. It's bite-sized, so it's easy to eat, and it's good for snacks or breakfast.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
First, drain the tofu and prepare it.

They cut it diagonally into triangular shapes and cut it in half to make it thinner.

Put a tablespoon and a half of perilla oil in a heated pan

Bake tofu back and forth until golden and cool. I'm going to make the sauce while the tofu cools down.

2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar

Then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan, add 1 tablespoon of scallions, heat the scallions only until they are breathless, and mix them with red pepper powder.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of sesame oil. If you add sesame seeds

I'm going to season the rice Put a little salt and sesame oil in a 2/3 bowl and season lightly.

In the meantime, split the cold tofu in half like this and make a space for rice.

Put the seasoned rice between the tofu, and it looks good if you put it in so that the rice comes up.
