STEP 1/8
Mix the coffee beans and sugar used in the coffee syrup well and heat them twice in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then, when cooled enough, the viscosity is formed and the coffee is completed. Please use it while it's cooled down.
STEP 2/8
This is the cheese base I used. I went to Homeplus a few days ago and thought it would be useful, so I bought it on impulse. But there's a lot of cheese smell and it tastes good. I think I'll use it often. I'll make it simple with this.
STEP 3/8
Place the cheese base, milk and sugar in a pot and heat over medium heat, stirring until boiling.
STEP 4/8
If the ingredients are mixed well, add gelatin and melt it
STEP 5/8
When the gelatin melts, let it cool enough to be lukewarm with a pot strainer, and then pour it into a suitable pudding container. Put it in the refrigerator and harden it for at least 2 hours.
STEP 6/8
When the pudding hardens well, pour the coffee syrup on top
STEP 7/8
Lastly, sprinkle cocoa powder on the top and it's done. It takes less than 10 minutes to harden the pudding.
STEP 8/8
It would have been prettier if I used a dark cocoa powder, but I really like this recipe.
