STEP 1/8
Soak beef bones in cold water for about one night to remove blood.
I think I put it in for about 12 hours.
Change the cold water 2 to 3 times in the middle.
STEP 2/8
The beef that we boil together is enough^^
There's a lot of soup, but if there's no meat later, I'm really upset..
So this time, I prepared a lot and put it in cold water to drain the blood.
STEP 3/8
Add enough water to soak the beef bone in a pot and simmer a little by little.
Boil the foam containing impurities until it boils and pour the first water.
Wash the beef bone again in cold water and prepare it cleanly.
STEP 4/8
This time, pour four to five times as much water as beef bone into a large pot like a bucket and boil it with a couple of slices of radish and green onion.
STEP 5/8
At first, on high heat.. When it boils up, simmer it gently over low heat for 5-6 hours.
Repeat steps 4 to 5 for a couple more times to make enough bone soup.
STEP 6/8
I put the pot with only the soup on the veranda for about half a day, and the oil is separated white and floating.
Use a filter to remove the oil and prepare only clear soup.
STEP 7/8
One, two.. Maybe it's because they all put Korean beef in and boiled it together, so the color came out to be dark and milky.
STEP 8/8
Boil the broth in a large container and cool it down
Put an appropriate amount in a zipper bag and freeze it in the freezer, so you can enjoy itIt's "Jo."
It's good to rip the meat in the direction of the texture and enjoy it together
