As the weather got warmer, I suddenly wanted to eat sour food rather than hot soup food So today, I'm going to make a very simple flat dumpling and a bibim dumpling with bibim sauce.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
Ingredients for flat dumplings
a handful of chives, 100g of noodles, 310g of dumpling skin, 1/2 spoon of garlic, 2 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of sesame oil
STEP 2/18
Soak the glass noodles in water for about 20 minutes.
You can soak the glass noodles before preparing the ingredients and cook them quickly when you start.

Put water in a pot and when it boils, add the soaked noodles.
Rinse boiled glass noodles in cold water for about 5 minutes and strain them through a sieve.

Wash a handful of chives and chop them into small pieces.
Chop the drained glass noodles into small pieces.

Put chopped glass noodles in a frying pan
Add 1/2 spoon of garlic, 2 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of sesame oil and 2 times of pepper
Stir-fry it with glass noodles,

When the glass noodles are soaked with some seasoning, add the chopped chives and stir-fry them together.
(About 1 minute)
STEP 7/18
Now that the filling is done, I'll make a flat dumpling
Prepare a little water and dumpling skin.

Put some water on the tip of your finger and apply it roundly on the tip of the dumpling skin.

Put the dumpling skin in the middle and let it meet both ends in half and drain the air.
If you don't take out the air, it swells up when you fry the dumplings later.

You can press both ends of the dumpling with your hands, but even if you press it with a fork, the shape comes out pretty.

I think it's good to make a spicy sauce and eat it in the form of a spicy dumpling.
The ingredients for the sauce are
Prepare 1/4 carrots, 1/2 carrots, 1/5 cabbages, as much as 50 chives.
