Ingredients for flat dumplings
a handful of chives, 100g of noodles, 310g of dumpling skin, 1/2 spoon of garlic, 2 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of sesame oil

Soak the glass noodles in water for about 20 minutes.
You can soak the glass noodles before preparing the ingredients and cook them quickly when you start.
