Prepare 1 cup of ground beef, 1 cup of ground pork, and 2/3 cups of bread crumbs.

Start making onion sauce first.
It's best to chop the onions as finely as possible.
Put half a piece of butter and 2T cooking oil in a pan and add onions to the heated pan. Then add the herbs of the chef and season to cook.

Place the meat in a bowl and sprinkle with the sauce.
