STEP 1/4
Cut the radish into bite-size pieces and cut the sharp edges into a circle. Slice the cheongyang peppers diagonally, and make a cross shape for shiitake mushrooms on the top. Wash oyster mushrooms clean and cut the bottom.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (6 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp minced green onion, a little sesame, and a little pepper) well.

Put radish, 2 pieces of kelp, and 1 cup of water (200ml) in a pot and boil over high heat. When the water boils, reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/4
When the radish is cooked to a certain extent, add Cheongyang red pepper, marinade, shiitake and oyster mushrooms and boil them down over medium heat until the seasoning is reduced.
