Ingredients
  • egg
    2ea
  • Milk
    250g
  • Sugar
    75g
  • potato starch
    20g
  • Vanilla Extrack
    2ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I used potato starch.
STEP 2/6
Add the yolk, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
STEP 3/6
Turn off the heat, add starch, and mix only until the starch is invisible.
STEP 4/6
Please strain it through a sieve.
STEP 5/6
Keep stirring over medium heat.
The floor suddenly becomes soft and it becomes soft.
When the desired concentration is reached, turn off the heat and place in another bowl.
STEP 6/6
Put the plastic on and put it in the refrigerator.
I left it in the fridge for about an hour, and it's like pudding If you mix it with a clean spatula, the custard cream becomes soft again!!

    I used it because there was only soft flour, but I thought I would fail ^^; It has dried duck, but it's delicious. I made it in advance to eat it for breakfast tomorrow
