Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I woke up Tteokguk who was sleeping in the freezer
Rinse in water and drain.
You can cook rice cake soup without water right away.
STEP 2/6
Put olive oil in a pan and turn the water off
Please put rice cake soup on top...
If you use a dry one, the oil won't splatter.
Cover it with paper if it is wet.

Fried rice cake soup? Make seasoning while baking
Red pepper paste, oligosaccharide (sugar, honey) and ketchup
Add 1 spoonful each and mix
Gochujang, ketchup, and sugar are 1:1:1.

Rice cake and brown rice cake taste different Personally, the rice cake soup that I picked as brown rice is more savory and delicious. If you like chewy taste, use garaetteok or tteokbokki If you like crispy food, make it with rice cake soup :)
