Ingredients
  • Young squash
    1/2ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • leek
    little
  • Salt
    little
  • perilla oil

  • salted shrimp

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, cut the zucchini into a proper thickness and put it in a bowl and marinate it in salt for about 10 minutes. [If you cut it too thin, it's not tasty!] [How to get rid of the water] If you soak it in salt, it's good to eat it because it doesn't make water.
STEP 2/5
Chop the onion into bite-size pieces and saute 1T spoon of perilla oil or sesame oil in a frying pan.
STEP 3/5
After marinating the zucchini in salt for about 10 minutes, wipe it off with a kitchen towel, and when the onion is fried to a certain extent, add the zucchini and stir-fry it a little bit!
STEP 4/5
Add 1T spoon of salted shrimp and 1T spoon of minced garlic and stir-fry again.
STEP 5/5
Lastly, stir-fry the sliced green onions again.
