STEP 1/7
I tried it because I wanted to make an omelet again after a long time. Put whipped cream in the egg and strain it once, and prepare the vegetables simply with mushrooms and sausages!
STEP 2/7
Salsa sauce that you can make easily. I cut the ingredients into small pieces, mixed them, and added some herbs at home herbs
STEP 3/7
Melt the butter about 1/2ts in a skillet that is very low heat. The pan needs to be heated only a little bit, so if it gets hot in between, raise it up and make it while controlling the distance from the heat!
STEP 4/7
Sausage and button mushrooms were prepared separately by slightly frying them in advance, and I put egg water on the butter right away. Stir with chopsticks to make it soft. You can think of it as making scrambled eggs!
STEP 5/7
Then add sausage, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese to one side and make a round shape by pushing to one side of the pan. I couldn't take pictures while making it, so I couldn't take pictures after thatcrying
STEP 7/7
I still don't like it 100%, but I think it's much better than when I first made it. Personally, I like soft yellow omelet, not golden. Come to think of it, I didn't season it too much, so I ground a little bit of Parmigiano cheese on top and sprinkled it. Season to suit your taste, such as egg water or stir-fry vegetables inside.
If you cut it in half, there are cheese and vegetables inside and it's really soft inside. It's moist and melts like when you eat a Japanese egg roll? There's cheese inside, and there's a lot of eggs, so it might be a little greasy, but the salsa sauce is fresh and spicy, so it's perfect to eat it together. You can add whatever ingredients you want inside, and I think it'll be good to make an omelet with just eggs. But make sure to make salsa sauce and try it together! :D
