I made it simple with a pav chocolate set.

Stir chocolate in medium heat until liquid and melt. (Be careful not to get water vapor into the chocolate.)

Add the powdered cream and 50g of water and mix evenly.

Place on low heat and remove from heat as soon as whipped cream boils.

Place all whipped cream in a melted chocolate cup.

Mix it well and get ready.

Pour in half according to the guide line of the raw chocolate tray.

Allow to cool enough at room temperature until there is no heat, and then harden the freezer for another 2 to 3 hours or 1 hour. Cut chocolate into squares about 25mm with a heated knife. If you cut it in advance, you can cut it neatly.

Put Balonako powder and Matcha powder in a plastic pack and coat with chocolate If you sprinkle the powder on the sugar body, the top side will look more fine.

Let's make it round. It's very luxurious in a chocolate case.
