Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut shiitake mushrooms into thick pieces for texture.
STEP 2/6
I'll chop up the green onions and prepare it

Place shiitake mushrooms, half a spoonful of minced garlic, and 3 spoons of perilla oil in a deep pan and slowly start frying over low heat.

Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms until they die

Stir-fry the shiitake mushroom slowly over low heat so that the oyster sauce is evenly mixed!!!!
Shiitake mushrooms eat a lot of oil until they're out of breath Don't put in too much oil because it feels dry while frying It may look good, but the taste will become quite greasy later on.. Make sure to stir-fry slowly over low heat. Perilla oil also has a low smoking point, so it's good to use low heat^^
