  • Kimchi

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • cooking wine

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I think I used about 4 1/2 rows of pork belly
It tastes better if you use a battery instead of pork belly
STEP 2/6
Season the meat with cooking wine, ginger powder and pepper
STEP 3/6
Make the sauce with the amount of seasoning
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry the seasoned meat in a wide pan first
STEP 5/6
When the color of the meat goes down, add kimchi and 2/3 of the sauce and stir-fry
STEP 6/6
When the meat and kimchi are fried well, add green onion, cheongyang pepper, and remaining sauce and stir-fry well~~
