Steamed mushroom eggs
Yellow egg and chewy mushrooms! It's steamed mushroom eggs made in an earthen pot. I love the texture of mushrooms that I can chew every time I take a bite. Also, it is rich in various vitamins and minerals, so it is full of nutrients. It's soft and savory.

Cooking Steps

I used four eggs. When I do it in my style, Se-sik eats just two, but this time I read a super recipe book. Season slightly with salt and stir well with a whisk.

Soaked in cold water for about 30 minutes. I boiled half a spoonful of salted shrimp in the water. When you start to kneel, take out the kelp.

Stir-fry the mushrooms over high heat in perilla oil. If you stir-fry it on low heat, water forms. It's steamed mushroom eggs, so of course mushrooms should go in. It doesn't matter which mushroom I put in, right?

It's delicious because it's seasoned with salted shrimp... No matter how much I think about it, I think I didn't have enough water. The book says 12 tablespoons of water (180ml), but I was only concerned about 12 tablespoons of water, but I guess I should have improved 180ml of water.
