Crispy seasonal oyster fries and tartar sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put flour in the oysters and wash them gently
Rinse it in clean water and then rinse it with a bit of salt

For water starch, add soju to the mixture of frying powder and starch and knead it
If you dip the oysters and fry them, it becomes very crispy

I dipped the oyster in the batter and fried it twice

I chopped onion and pickle cucumber~@!~
Add chopped onions and pickles to mayonnaise, lemon juice and pickle sauce
If you add a little bit and mix it well, it's done!~
You can steam the eggs and mix them, but I didn't put the eggs in!~~
Tartar sauce goes really well with fried oysters
