Soft tofu stew
Usually, soft tofu stew is hard to cook at home. So I always bought it outside. After seeing my Jongwon Baek make a soft tofu sauce in Chef Baek, I can do it! I wanted to do it, so I tried to copy it. It's easier to make than you think. It's an easy recipe for soft tofu stew.

Ingredients
  • soft tofu
  • leek
  • Cheongyang red pepper
  • dumpling
  • Pork and minced meat
    1/2cup
  • onion
    1cup
  • leek
    1/2cup
  • crushed garlic
    1/4cup
  • Red pepper powder
    2/3cup
  • Salt
    1/8cup
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Soy sauce
    1/4cup
  • Cooking oil
    1/4cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
[Seasoning] First, put cooking oil & sesame oil in a frying pan and add sliced green onion to make green onion oil.
STEP 2/9
When the scented green onion comes out, stir-fry the minced pork together.
STEP 3/9
When the meat is cooked in moderation, add chopped onions and stir-fry until the water comes out. When the onions are cooked in moderation, add minced garlic and salt and stir-fry together, then add red pepper powder and sugar!

Lastly, if you add soy sauce and stir-fry it, the soft tofu sauce is complete!

[Soft tofu stew] Here! We're going to make soft tofu stew now. Boil 2/3 cups of water and 2 spoons of sauce

When it starts to boil, I put in soft tofu.

You can put in the ingredients according to your preference! I had frozen dumplings, so I defrosted them and added eggs

Lastly, add green onions and hot pepper and boil it again to make soft tofu stew.

[Remaining sauce] Put the remaining sauce in a yorokorom zipper bag, flatten it, and store it in the freezer. You can take it out and make it comfortable when you want to eat soft tofu stew.
