STEP 1/7
Depending on the size of the potato, only one or two potatoes are left after eating with the child. I did one that was the size of a fist, and I got about four.
STEP 2/7
The point of the potato pancake is to slice it thinly!! I sliced it very thinly using a chopping knife. If you dip it in water and remove the starch slightly, it becomes a crispy potato pancake.
STEP 3/7
Shred onions thinly, and shred carrots. Cut it with scallions and soak it in water to remove the spicy taste and add it. You don't need green onions, onions, or carrots. It tastes good with bacon instead of vegetables. If you make it with bacon, it's good as a side dish for beer!!
STEP 4/7
After pouring water, I added two large spoons of starch to the potatoes. Add to the water.
STEP 5/7
Like this? It doesn't make dough like a flour pancake.
STEP 6/7
Put the potato salad on a heated pan over low heat and fry it.
STEP 7/7
Starch and potatoes stick together and don't break.
When you add starch powder, you can season it with salt. Even if you don't season the bacon, the seasoning is just right. The lack of liver is delicious even with ketchup.
