Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut pine mushrooms vertically and thickly, wash oyster mushrooms clean, and cut the bottom. Cut the bottom of the shiitake mushrooms and make a cross at the top.

Slice the green onion diagonally, and cut the cabbage leaves into 5cm long pieces. Prepare the silgon medicine by blanching it slightly in boiling water. Cut the tofu into cubes and prepare it.

Cut the beef into bite-size pieces and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine.

Put mushrooms, beef, green onions, tofu, and silgon medicine neatly in a hot pot and boil themselves over medium heat with kelp broth, 6 tablespoons of tsuyu, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.
STEP 5/5
When all the ingredients are cooked, put the crown daisy on top and finish. Complete the insufficient seasoning with salt or tsuyu.
The finished sukiyaki tastes even better if you dip it in egg yolk.
