Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper and ginger powder.

In a heated saucepan, stir-fry the minced bacon

When bacon is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry minced onions.

When onions become transparent, add water, starch, sugar and vinegar and stir while boiling for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and mix with mustard and mayonnaise when cool.

The yellow color has become a pretty savory and sweet dressing.

Mix starch, flour, bread crumbs, salt, and paprika powder in a bowl to make batter.

After coating the seasoned chicken with egg water, coat it with frying powder evenly and fry it in oil. Fry once and it's soft and crispy, but if you want something more crispy, fry it twice.

Place shredded lettuce on a salad plate and cut boiled eggs and tomatoes into bite-size pieces

Serve with fried chicken and warm bacon dressing.
Adjust the amount of sugar and vinegar for a sweeter or sweeter taste.
If you increase the amount of paprika powder or mix red pepper powder when you marinate chicken, it becomes spicy fried chicken.
It's delicious to eat when the dressing is warm. If it's cold, heat it up a little and eat it'
