STEP 1/7
First, stir-fry nuts that will go well with sesame seeds. I put in almond slices, pumpkin seeds, and stir-fried Seo-tae. You can add nuts to your liking. Cool all the roasted nuts and mix them well with the roasted sesame seeds.
STEP 2/7
Make syrup. Place rice syrup, sugar and water in a pan and simmer over low heat. You can boil it to the center.
STEP 3/7
When it boils to the center, add the sesame seeds and nuts mixture and mix well.
STEP 4/7
Apply sesame oil to a pre-prepared mold and spread the sesame seeds mixed with syrup. It's not like there's a separate frame. I used a stainless steel tray used at home. You can use a tray or plate with a bit of heel
STEP 5/7
Place a paper foil on top and push it with a rolling pin to shape it into a flat and straight shape.
STEP 6/7
Remove the sesame seeds from the mold and cut them into bite-size pieces before they become completely hard even though they are cold. It's slightly hardened, but you have to cut it before it's completely hard
STEP 7/7
After that, harden it completely Crispy! Savory I'm done!
Store in the refrigerator. It's more crispy and delicious if you leave it cold in the refrigerator
