STEP 1/19
Please prepare the ingredients. You can grind the pork at home and use it. ^^
STEP 2/19
Leave only the white part of the green onion and chop the rest into small pieces. (Use the white part to shred and garnish)
STEP 3/19
Make the seaweed sauce. Add seasoned laver to blender.
STEP 4/19
Add about a cup of hot water into a paper cup.
STEP 5/19
Please change it to a hand mixer.
STEP 6/19
Pour the ground seaweed sauce into a pot and bring to a boil with 1T of cooking wine.
STEP 7/19
Add meat/starch/ginger/honey/egg whites and toss well. (In the broadcast, put pork/starch/minced ginger/ginger syrup/egg whites in a blender and mix them while grinding)
STEP 8/19
Here, mince the shrimp and add the chopped green onions and a pinch of salt.
STEP 9/19
Make dough by kneading it well.
STEP 10/19
Remove the dough and make a meatball. You can make it like this and put it in, or you can take it off into the pot right away.
STEP 11/19
Cook the meatballs in the boiling seaweed sauce.
STEP 12/19
Chop the remaining white part of the green onion and soak it in cold water.
STEP 13/19
Roll in a pot and leave only the cooked meatballs, and remove the sauce separately from the pan.
STEP 14/19
Put 1t of sugar / 1t of sesame oil in a pan and season it.
STEP 15/19
When the sugar is completely melted, transfer the meatballs from the pot to the pan.
STEP 16/19
Add 1.5T of soy sauce and season. Bring to a boil.
STEP 17/19
Place cooked meatballs in a bowl.
STEP 18/19
Add a little starch and a little butter to the remaining sauce in the pan and melt it well to complete the sauce. Pour it over the meatballs you put in a bowl and you're done cooking.
STEP 19/19
Finish with chopped green onions and red pepper powder on top.
If you grind the shrimp, the texture disappears, so it's better to chop it yourself. If you put green onions in cold water or ice water, it gets crunchy and gets rid of the spiciness ^^ When you cook the meatballs with sauce, pour the sauce with a spoon, and if you cook them, the seasoning is cut to the inside, so it's delicious. If you add rice to the salty meatballs, you'll get a bowl of rice~~ ^^
