STEP 1/9
First, cut the pork belly into bite pieces. Don't defrost it completely. It's easy to cut it when it's frozen. Place green onions in a pan and cook over high heat with sliced pork belly.

In the meantime, chop the ripe kimchi into the same size as pork belly.

It's similar to making green onion oil. However, you don't need to put oil separately because it comes from pork belly.

Add 1/2T of minced garlic.

When the pork belly is about to be cooked

Add kimchi. If it's really sour ripe kimchi, it's good to wash it in water. I ate all the ripe kimchi, so I only ate kimchi that my mother gave me this year.. I just put it in.

Add a spoonful of sugar to neutralize the sour taste of kimchi.

Please add 1T of red pepper powder. Samgyeopsal kimchi stir-fried dish should also have different seasoning depending on the taste of kimchi. If kimchi is spicy, you don't have to add red pepper powder.
STEP 9/9
Since the kimchi is seasoned, I didn't season it separately. The point is to stir-fry the kimchi in the oil from the pork belly until it becomes soft!!
