Sweet potato latte
As the number of coffee enthusiasts increases these days, coffee drinks seem to be very diverse. When I go to cafes, sweet potato latte! It catches my eye on the menu. I think there are two types of sweet potato latte. The added honey by adding sweet potato puree (crushed honey or mixed with milk) to warm milk.. Like me, espresso is the base.. And the sweet potato scent... If you extract sweet potato latte espresso and add a little bit of sweet potato puree and hot milk, you can enjoy a much more savory and flavorful sweet potato latte.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I usually make sweet potato puree and use it... Actually, puree is crushed with milk and honey when it's hot.. I made it using a blender. Cook sweet potatoes to your liking. I like roasted sweet potatoes, so I baked them. Grilled ones taste better.

Please prepare milk, sweet potatoes, and coffee. I used capsule coffee.
STEP 3/8
Peel the hot sweet potatoes, put them in a blender, add 2 tablespoons of honey and milk, and grind them finely.

Please warm up the milk.

Drop me two shots of espresso, please.

Add warm milk to the ground sweet potatoes
STEP 7/8
I added 2 shots of espresso. For your information, I like sweet things... I added some honey. Adjust the intensity of the sweetness to suit your taste.
