  • Tofu
    1piece
  • Paprika
  • onion
  • oyster mushroom
  • crushed garlic
  • leek
  • Salt
  • perilla oil
  • Sesame
  • Soy sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare paprika and onion by cutting them into long pieces. You can tear oyster mushrooms by hand.
STEP 2/8
Cut tofu into appropriate sizes and dehydrate the kitchen towel.
STEP 3/8
Grease the pan with perilla oil and cook the tofu in front and back until golden brown. Please season it with salt.

Golden ripe tofu!! It's delicious even if you just eat it like this. It smells like perilla oil

Stir-fry oyster mushroom onion and 1 spoonful of minced garlic in a pan.
STEP 6/8
When mushrooms and onions are cooked to a certain extent, add paprika and chopped green onions.
STEP 7/8
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, please. Try it and add more soy sauce. And you can stir-fry it quickly. You don't have to stir-fry the last vegetables for a long time.
STEP 8/8
Put the stir-fried vegetables and grilled tofu in a bowl, sprinkle sesame seeds, and mix them gently. It's done.
