Drain the tofu and cut it into appropriate sizes. For your information, I didn't season tofu separately.

Cut spam into the same size as tofu and place it on top of tofu. Spam was blanched slightly in hot water and used. There's too much oil to just use. Put another piece of tofu on top of the spam.

It looks like this from the side. The thickness of tofu and ham is uneven.

Beat in eggs and chop green onions. It's okay to add chives instead of green onions.

Dip tofu ham evenly in pancake mix.
STEP 6/9
Dip it in egg water evenly.

Grease the pan and brown it.
STEP 8/9
It's thick, so cook it evenly on the front, back, and side. Please make it stand up like the picture and cook the ends. It's good to cook over low heat.
STEP 9/9
Cut the finished tofu ham into bite-size pieces and put it in a bowl. There's ham in the middle, so I didn't season it separately, but it's perfect.
