Fried chicken with fresh soy sauce. - Yurinki
5-6 years ago, I first learned about Yurinki on a cooking site. After that, I carefully looked through the menu at a Chinese restaurant and found an insult. When I tried the yuringi I ordered because I was curious about the taste, it was a fried dish, but it tasted rather refreshing because of the spicy and sweet soy sauce. Since then, Yurinki, which my family liked, has become a regular menu in my house.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Spread the chicken leg thinly and cut it so that the seasoning is well absorbed.
STEP 2/9
Place chicken in bowl and season with pepper, salt, garlic powder and ginger powder and marinate for about 20 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Add 1 tablespoon of starch powder to the seasoned chicken legs and mix them evenly to allow starch to seep in. It is the process of preventing oil from splashing when frying.
STEP 4/9
Mix eggs, flour, starch powder, and water to make batter.
STEP 5/9
While the chicken is marinating, chop the prepared vegetables into small pieces
STEP 6/9
Please mix all the ingredients to make the sauce. Adjust soy sauce or sugar to taste.
STEP 7/9
Grease the pan with plenty of oil, coat the prepared chicken with batter and fry it until golden brown.
STEP 8/9
Put it on a kitchen towel to remove excess grease
STEP 9/9
Tear the plate into bite-sized pieces and put the sliced chicken on top of the pre-loaded vegetables and sprinkle with plenty of sauce to make it sour and sweet.
Chicken tastes more crispy when fried twice. If you don't like spicy taste, you can add green pepper, and if you want spicy taste, you can add Cheongyang pepper. It's perfect as a side dish for drinking on the weekend. ^^
