  • canned corn

  • Green pepper
    1ea
  • Carrot
    1/4ea
  • egg
    1ea
  • bread crumbs
    2T
  • pan frying powder
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Chop green peppers and carrots into the size of corn grains.
STEP 2/4
Put chopped vegetables, drained corn, bread crumbs, and pancake flour in a bowl.
STEP 3/4
Add eggs and mix well.
STEP 4/4
Place a spoonful of batter in a well-greased pan and bake until golden brown. (Medium heat)
If you don't have bread crumbs, you can only use pancake flour.

    I tried it out of curiosity, but it's delicious I really like corn, so I bought sweet corn online I tend to buy it and eat it, but put it on Mayonnaise to make it meet All I knew was to eat it with bread. ^^ It's a sweet cone, so I only used eggs and pancake mix Thank you for the good recipe
