Please prepare the ingredients. This is a brief summary of the broadcasting materials. (On the show, we use chicken thighs.)

First, make the sauce to marinate the chicken. 1T curry powder / 1/2T oregano powder / 1/2T lemon juice / 1/2T minced garlic / 1T olive oil / Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Leave 1 or 2 tablespoons of well-mixed seasoning and add to the chicken.

Mix well and let it ripen in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Please cut the vegetables like this and prepare them. Prepare half of the onions by using cubes and the other half by shredding them.

Melt the butter in a pot. Melt over medium heat so that it doesn't burn.

Add chopped onions / carrots and stir-fry well.

Put rice in it and stir-fry it. (On the show, add Indian rice called 'Basmaty' and boil it for 15 minutes.)

Stir-fry it well, add a little water, add two or three pinch of salt, season it, and boil it to finish.
STEP 10/19
(It's a very simple part of how to cook chicken tenderloin.) Stir-fry the chicken marinated in the refrigerator in an oiled pan. Remove a lot of sauce and stir-fry it so that it doesn't burn.

It's going to be cooked one more time, so you don't have to cook it for a long time.

Cool the meat for a while and put it back in the remaining curry seasoning.

Grease the pan and stir-fry onion/cabbage (green bell pepper in the broadcast), then stir-fry the mixed chicken again.

For white sauce, add mayonnaise 1T / plain yogurt 3T (Greek yogurt on air) / half lemon juice / a little minced garlic / salt / vinegar / sugar and mix well

Add 2 to 3 drops of hot sauce and mix them. The white sauce is complete!

Sauce with salad is made with 2T olive oil / half lemon juice / pepper / salt.

Slice salad vegetables into bite-sized pieces to make them easy to eat.

After putting the chicken on top, sprinkle the white sauce and salad sauce, and the dish is done. You can add hot sauce to suit your taste ^^
You can use rice after washing raw rice several times to remove starch, or you can use uncooked rice or frozen rice. I think it's better to add a little bit of yogurt sauce rather than pouring a lot at a time! ^^
