STEP 1/10
Please prepare the ingredients. (Carrots/ zucchini/mushrooms/cabbage may be omitted or replaced with other vegetables.)

Prepare the ingredients by cutting them into cubes.

Melt 1T of butter in a skillet over medium heat. (Butter burns well, so be careful with temperature control.) ^^)
STEP 4/10
When the butter melts, stir-fry the meat first. Add a little bit of turmeric powder, garlic, and pepper and stir-fry them scentedly.
STEP 5/10
When the meat is cooked, stir-fry potatoes and carrots first, which take some time to cook.
STEP 6/10
When the potatoes are half transparent, add cabbage/mushrooms/onions and stir-fry until done.
STEP 7/10
Add tomato/paprika/zucchini and stir-fry until done.
STEP 8/10
Add tomato paste (or tomato sauce) and curry/ 1T of turmeric powder / 1t of red pepper powder to the stir-fried vegetables and mix well.
STEP 9/10
Add 2 cups of water (based on paper cups) and bring to a boil.
STEP 10/10
Taste it, and salt it for the lack. If it's seasoned enough, I'll finish cooking ^^
The skin of a tomato is hard to digest, so it's good to peel it before frying it ^^ If you eat it with a little bit of cheese, you can taste it more savory :)
