Add lotus root, chopped shrimp, green onion, a little salt, sugar 1, pepper powder, rice wine 1, soy sauce 1/2, sesame oil 1, starch 2/3 and mozzarella cheese and mix well to make dumpling filling. I used frozen shrimp for shrimp. Instead of shrimp, I think it's good to use sweetened meat ^^

I'm putting in cheese, so please season it lightly. You can eat bland food with other sauces, but salty food seems really hard to eat.
