Lotus root cheese dumpling
Put the lotus root with crunchy texture into the dumpling! Every time I put it in and chew it, it's fun to chew and it's savory. Cooking Steps

Wash lotus root clean and peel.

Add vinegar to boiling water and blanch lotus root slightly. I'll parboil it for a minute.

Put the blanched lotus root on a sieve and cool it down.

Add lotus root, chopped shrimp, green onion, a little salt, sugar 1, pepper powder, rice wine 1, soy sauce 1/2, sesame oil 1, starch 2/3 and mozzarella cheese and mix well to make dumpling filling. I used frozen shrimp for shrimp. Instead of shrimp, I think it's good to use sweetened meat ^^
