STEP 1/9
First, you should rub the small octopus with flour or salt to prepare it.
If it's frozen, you don't have to trim it. (It's not red because it's trimmed.)
Cut the trimmed webfoot octopus into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/9
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces, too.
STEP 3/9
Make enough seasoning and let it ripen.
(Mature is good for a day, but it's good to age for at least an hour.)
STEP 4/9
Shred the onion so that it's not too thin
Cut the green onion into big pieces
STEP 5/9
Cut the mushrooms into meat and webfoot octopus sizes.
STEP 6/9
Cut the carrots into thin slices.
STEP 7/9
Slice the peppers sideways, and cut the perilla leaves into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 8/9
Now mix the meat in the sauce.
Place vegetables on top of mixed meat and top with trimmed webfoot octopus.
STEP 9/9
You just have to stir-fry it on the grill!
The thin meat seems to go well with webfoot octopus.
Yummy yum yum ^^
When you buy pork belly, you can eat more delicious Jju-sam if you use a thin one
