STEP 1/12
Cut the chicken breast in the middle and slice it in half as if you are scooping the chicken breast. Put rice wine in the chicken breast, mix it, put it in a pan covered with oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, cover it, and cook it until it is golden brown.

Grill rye bread on a grill pan and cut lettuce into bite-size pieces. Slice the tomatoes and onions.

Spread the mustard on the inside of the baked rye bread (if you don't have any, put mayonnaise or mustard on it)

And the lettuce that's been ripped on top of that

After putting sliced tomatoes on top

After putting the chicken breast on top

Place onion slices on top, cover inside baked rye bread with mustard and cover with sandwich.

Put something slightly heavy on a sandwich or fix it with a sandwich pick, cut it into bite-size pieces, and set it up with salad vegetables!

Put the frozen blueberries in the blender..
STEP 11/12
Add a bucket of yogurt and oligosaccharide.

Grind it in a blender. All you have to do is mix the ingredients, so you don't have to grind them finely.
