Curry udon
Curry that makes your appetite moist with just the strong scent! I'll make curry udon with chewy udon noodles. ^^ It's perfect to eat with a slurping sound in the chilly weather. Have a hearty day with curry udon, a warm bowl of happiness boiled with beef flavor added!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, boil the kelp water ingredients in a pot, and when the water boils, take out the kelp, boil it for another 3 minutes, and filter it out. Remove the blood from the beef on a kitchen towel and cut it into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion and slice the green onion into 4 centimeters long.
STEP 2/4
Melt the butter in a heated skillet, stir-fry the onions for 2 minutes, then add the beef and minced garlic, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 3/4
Add 5 cups of kelp water to the stir-fried beef, and when the soup boils, reduce the heat, add curry powder in two or three times, simmer for another 10 minutes, and season with a little salt and pepper. When the water boils in the pot, add the udon noodles, boil it for 2-3 minutes, remove it, and rinse it in cold water to remove the water.
STEP 4/4
Place udon noodles in a bowl, add curry soup, and place shredded green onion on top.
