STEP 1/10
The frozen arm size is cod. Contrary to the name, it is not a type of cod we eat, but a fish belonging to the family of perch.
STEP 2/10
I defrosted it slightly, scratched the scales with the back of the knife, washed it clean, and cut it into large pieces.
STEP 3/10
Soak it in rice water for a while to get rid of the defrosting and smell
STEP 4/10
In the meantime, prepare vegetables. Cut the radishes into large pieces, shred the onions, and chop the peppers, green onions, crown daisies, and water parsley into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/10
Wash the silver cod thoroughly and drain it in a strainer
STEP 6/10
Mix together the amount of seasoning ingredients.
STEP 7/10
Put the radish on a wide pot and put the drained cod on top
Sprinkle 1/2 of the sauce evenly over the top and boil it over high heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and cook the radish and fish thoroughly for about 20 minutes.
STEP 8/10
Add onions, peppers, and green onions, season with the rest of the sauce, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Scoop the sauce underneath with a spoon and pour it on top of it. That way, the seasoning goes into the fish.
STEP 9/10
Check if the radish is fully cooked, add the water parsley and crown daisy, cover and turn off the heat. The scent of water parsley and crown daisy spreads and completely catches the smell of fish.
STEP 10/10
Put the silver cod and radish in a large bowl and pour the sauce on top to make it look good!! You can eat salty and soft boiled cod with seasoning to the inside.
You can add chili powder or chili peppers according to your preference.
You can add either water parsley or crown daisy.
