Please prepare the radish, fish cake, and green onion.
It's missing from the picture, but you have to cut the radish not thick so that it can be cooked quickly.

Boil 800ml of water with sliced radish, anchovies for soup, dried shrimp, and kelp.
When it starts to boil, take out the kelp. Roll up the bubbles.
And if you turn it to medium heat and boil it for another 5 to 10 minutes, you can feel the deep taste of the broth.
(I boiled it separately for 5 minutes and put it in until it's seasoned.)
If you don't have dried shrimp, you don't have to put it in.

After stocking, add fish cake and 1 spoon of minced garlic and bring to a boil.
As soon as you put in the fish cake, the transparent broth turns white. <Kikit

And season with soy sauce and salt.
If you just use soy sauce, the soup will get murky, so if you want something clear
Add salt to 1 spoon of basic soy sauce.
