STEP 1/15
Please prepare the ingredients. If you have teriyaki sauce, you can use it.
STEP 2/15
Make teriyaki sauce. Add 1 piece of kelp / 1 green onion / 1 onion (small) / 2 pieces of garlic / 1T sugar / a little bit of ginger powder and add 5T of soy sauce / 2T of mirin / 5T of water.
STEP 3/15
Bring to a boil. When it boils, let it simmer for about 2 minutes and cool.
STEP 4/15
While the teriyaki sauce cools, fish is cleaned. Place the knife diagonally from the outside and peel the salmon.
STEP 5/15
Remove the skin neatly and rinse it in water. Prepare by wiping the water off.
STEP 6/15
Grind a pinch of salt and pepper to season slightly, then pour a little cold teriyaki sauce over the salmon. (Use remaining sauce while baking)
STEP 7/15
I'll make a salad that goes well with salmon steak. Please prepare the ingredients.
STEP 8/15
Prepare a bowl for sauce and mix well with 1t of mustard / 1t of lemon juice / 3t of olive oil / a pinch of salt / parsley, basil, etc.
STEP 9/15
Prepare red onions and dried tomatoes by slicing them into small pieces.
STEP 10/15
Grill salmon with a bit of seasoning in an oiled frying pan.
STEP 11/15
Bake front and back, thinking that you're only cooking the outside in a short time.
STEP 12/15
When fully cooked, add the remaining teriyaki sauce and bake while cooking. Reduce the heat to medium and be careful of the sauce burning.
STEP 13/15
Tilt pan to scoop sauce with spoon, pour over salmon and bake. This is the sauce that's been boiled down a lot. This completes the cooking of salmon.
STEP 14/15
You can prepare a salad by putting vegetables on top and pouring sauce on it.
STEP 15/15
A nice plate of grilled salmon is complete.
The teriyaki sauce is omitted from the process of adjusting the concentration by adding starch water. This is because the salmon was grilled and cooked as if it were cooked by itself with sauce. Use the ingredients at home for salad ingredients ^^
