STEP 1/5
Break eggs into a bowl and add milk.
And after you cut the ham and put it in,
Add a little salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
TIP.
Each ham has a different salty taste and everyone has a different taste, so you can skip salt and pepper.
However, if the ham has little seasoning, you have to add a pinch of salt to make it delicious.
STEP 2/5
Set the gas stove on low to medium heat,
Melt the butter in a heated frying pan.
When the butter melts, pour in the prepared egg mixture.
STEP 3/5
As soon as you pour the egg, gently pat the egg using a spatula.
You can mix it like a scrambled egg, but don't stir it like a scrambled egg, but gently make it look like you're giving way here and there. (See the picture.)
Tip. This process makes the taste softer and more savory ^_^
STEP 4/5
When the egg is half-cooked, as in the picture
Put the prepared cheese on top.
For sliced cheese, you can roughly cut it like me, or you can add it as a whole.
Tip. Can you see the egg under the ham and cheese? It's that bumpy after the step 3.
STEP 5/5
When you start to see the edges of the egg cook, fold the egg in half to form a half-moon shape,
Keep the gas stove on low to medium heat and cook it until the filling is done!
1. You can add your favorite ham. It's good with spam.
2. Cheese is Emmentan, mozzarella, cheddar... You can use cheese that you like.
3. If you don't have milk, you can skip it, but if you add milk, it will taste more savory and softer.
