Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces (sliced them in a flat way.) Add ground onion, minced garlic, ginger juice, cheongju, salt, and pepper, season and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes. Cover the marinated chicken breast with starchy powder and coat evenly. Grease a heated pan and bake yellowish. Place all the prepared sauce ingredients in a pot and simmer (so that it smells like hot peppers and ginger...) (You can use cheongyang peppers or spicy dried peppers for red peppers! I use it differently from time to time...)

Cut the green onion in half, slice the core part, put it in cold water, and wash it with a little force at the end of your hand to remove the spicy taste and make it look like a curly perm... Wrap the green onion salad in a paper towel or dry cotton cloth, shake off the water, and eat it with seasoned green onion or something like that!
