STEP 1/17
I think we should start with the shrimp. We're going to use shrimp without the head, so please take it off from the head.
If you don't throw away the hair you took off and put it in when you make the broth, you can make a delicious broth. If you don't want to use it right away, keep it in the freezer and take it out when you make the broth.
STEP 2/17
Peel the shrimp and remove the intestines. After removing it like that, wash it clean and drain it.
STEP 3/17
First, marinate the shrimp in white wine to remove the fishy taste. If you don't have white wine, soak it in rice wine or cooking wine for a while.
STEP 4/17
Prepare the ingredients for steamed zucchini shrimp. First, scoop out the gourd and chop the remaining pumpkins into small pieces. I'm going to chop and prepare the mushrooms.
STEP 5/17
Cut the zucchini into about 1.5cm thick pieces, scoop out the insides, prepare them, and chop the insides.
STEP 6/17
Lastly, since it's steamed shrimp, take out the shrimp that was marinated in white wine, drain it, and chop it finely. Then mix it with the ingredients and add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well
STEP 7/17
Lastly, add an egg and beat well to give it persistence. If it gets wet and blends well, add a little bit of starch.
STEP 8/17
The ingredients for the steamed zucchini shrimp are prepared. All you have to do is gain weight!!!
STEP 9/17
You can put water in the steamer and put a wet cotton towel on it. I put cabbage leaves on the floor. If you spread cabbage leaves like this, it naturally creates moisture, so you can make a moist steamed dish that does not dry out even if steamed.
STEP 10/17
Leaves flour inward in the hollowed zucchini. That way, it won't come out even if you put in the ingredients~~~~
STEP 11/17
Now, press the ingredients into the zucchini ring. It goes in a lot, so please press it and fill it in. It's okay to put it up a little bit. It's prettier when it's all steamed later on!!! Then coat the bottom of the stuffed zucchini with a little flour to move it, and the shape will remain as it is when it is cooked.
STEP 12/17
Place in a boiling steamer. Shrimps, squid, mushrooms, and pumpkins are ingredients that cook quickly, so you can cook them in about 8 minutes after closing the lid.
STEP 13/17
When you touch the pumpkin slightly, turn off the heat and finish steaming
STEP 14/17
It's steamed zucchini shrimp. Let's cool it down and put it on the plate!!!!!
STEP 15/17
Place steamed zucchini shrimp on a plate. Flour is applied to the inside of the zucchini, so the ingredients don't come out easily. You can just move it with chopsticks. Or you can move it to a spatula.
STEP 16/17
I'll do the last plating. Sprinkle chopped water parsley and red pepper on top to color. Sprinkle hot sauce or sriracha sauce on it.
STEP 17/17
You can chop and sprinkle chives instead of water parsley. It's a convenient finger food if you take one at a time. Plain steamed shrimp and zucchini are also healthy foods that remind you of a healthy meal.
If you prefer salty taste to spicy taste, you can add soy sauce or citron ponzu.
