STEP 1/10
There are two 28cm pans in the amount above.
STEP 2/10
Cut cabbage and green onions into shreds and soak them in cold water to enhance crunchiness, and cut dried octopus thickly and soak them in water. Since it's half-dried octopus, I only rinsed it in water. I used one medium-sized leg, and it was just right.
STEP 3/10
Peel the horse and grind it to a grater. If the essence touches the skin, it can be itchy, so make sure to wear sanitary gloves and prepare the linen.
STEP 4/10
2 cups of flour, 1 cup of ground yam. Add 1 egg and adjust the concentration by adding water. It's good to use Katsuobushi instead of plain water for flavor. It's hard to mix it evenly because the dough is sticky because I just put in plain water and yam.
STEP 5/10
Mix 2 spoons of Worcester sauce, pepper in batter. I seasoned it with salt on the show, but if you have Worcester sauce, it will taste much better. You can put sauce on it later, so you can make it weak.
STEP 6/10
Add all the prepared ingredients and mix them.
STEP 7/10
Grease the pan and spread the dough evenly.
STEP 8/10
Place the bacon on top of the dough, cover and cook until golden brown.
STEP 9/10
Sprinkle with pork cutlet sauce and mayonnaise.
STEP 10/10
Finish by adding katsuobushi. Children love to dance yogatsuobushi. They finish by putting up katsuobushi. Kids love to dance yogatsuobushi. Full of vegetables. Octopus okonomiyaki with a chewy texture. Why don't you prepare a long winter night snack.
